Located on Adeline Street across the street from the Berkeley Bowl, Innerstellar Pilates & Yoga is in the heart of the burgeoning South Berkeley Commercial district, four blocks away from the Ashby BART station. Innerstellar has two gorgeous movement studios, a wellness center and a retail boutique for Pilates & yoga props and lifestyle clothing.

Driving Directions:
From the 80 freeway, get off at the Ashby exit. Take Ashby east for approximately two miles and make a left onto Adeline St. Take a left just past the Walgreen's onto Stuart. Innerstellar is on the corner of Adeline and Stuart.
From the 24, take Highway 13 exit for Berkeley. Make a right onto Adeline. Take a left just past the Walgreen's onto Stuart. Innerstellar is on the corner of Adeline and Stuart. PARKING: There is two-hour free parking in our neighborhood. Just make sure it's not a street-cleaning day!
