WE START THE FIRST WEEK OF MARCH, 2023:

Over the course of 12 weeks, we’ll work intimately with you to help you…

STEP 1 (BODY): Develop deeper and deeper layers of proprioception so you can differentiate between tension and release, strength and relaxation, and pain and pleasure.

STEP 2 (MIND): Say NO to Youth Culture and learn how to manage your thoughts around what you think exercise practice SHOULD look like, so you can actually create one that heals your body, calms your nervous system and nourishes your soul.

STEP 3 (HEART): Practice kindness towards yourself and your process instead of getting stuck in old patterns of perfectionism and self-criticism.

STEP 4 (SPIRIT): Learn how to access the voice of your body - your intuition aka your Inner Wisdom - which speaks loud and clear most days once you know how to listen in.
