SAFETY POLICIES
WARNING: Improper use of Pilates exercise equipment may cause serious bodily injury. To reduce risk of injury, Please abide by the following:
Before starting any exercise program, consult a physician.
Use equipment only under the observation and instruction of a qualified Pilates Instructor.
Use equipment only for intended exercises.
Ensure the equipment is properly adjusted for your size and ability level.
Stop exercising if you experience chest pain, feel faint, have difficulty breathing or experience musculoskeletal discomfort.
Keep clothing, body and hair free from all moving parts.
Do not use if equipment appears worn, broken or damaged.
Do not attempt to repair equipment yourself.
Do not allow children to use or be around equipment without adult supervision.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Small Group Classes, Duos and One-on-One Sessions require a 24-hour cancellation. Appointments and machine classes cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged. This policy allows us to pay our teachers for their time and commitment, therefore we cannot make exceptions for any reason, medical or otherwise. We thank you in advance for honoring this policy.
Membership policy
We require 14 days written notice via email for any membership change or cancellation. No exception. To inquire about a membership change, to begin a new membership, or to cancel your membership, email membership@innerstellaryoga.com
All Intro Months roll into monthly autopay memberships.
No rollovers, refunds or extensions on Memberships, no exceptions.
Scent Policy
We strive to maintain a chemical-fragrance-free environment because many students in our community have allergies and sensitivities to strong scents. Please avoid perfumes, colognes, fragranced laundry soap, and fragranced hair and body products when you come to the studio. Please also come free of body odor or smoke odor. This helps us to maintain an environment where everyone can be comfortable.
REFUND POLICY
Innerstellar abides by a strict, no cash refund policy.
If you are purchasing a monthly membership, please read the terms of your membership contract carefully. Our monthly autopay memberships are month-to-month, and you will continue to be charged automatically until and unless you request to cancel in writing at least two weeks before your next billing date.
By making this purchase and/or authorizing this monthly recurring autopay, you agree that there are no cash refunds for this product or service.
Unused packages may be exchanged with proof of receipt for store credit no more than 30 days from date of purchase, minus a 5% service charge.

LATECOMER POLICY
For your own safety and well-being, please arrive for your class on time. If you arrive later than 10 minutes after the start of your class/workshop, you will not be let in. This is to ensure that you get a proper warmup and to minimize disruptions for the students who have arrived on time.
WAITLIST POLICY
There are 3 spots on the waitlist for our small group Pilates Machine classes. Adding your name to the waitlist provides you a great opportunity to get into class! We will contact you via phone if a spot opens up and you can decide if you want to join the class. If you want to stop by to see if there is a last-minute spot, you are welcome to do so.
CHILD POLICY
Innerstellar is happy to welcome teens over the age of 14. Teens and children under the age of 14 are not allowed to participate in or observe classes. Unattended minors in our lobby while classes are in session are also not allowed.
