Back in Action Pilates Assessment

Specifically designed to help you restart your in-person Pilates practice, this 75-minute in-person one-on-one session includes an in-depth postural and muscular balance assessment with one of our expert Pilates teachers and personalized recommendations for a weekly Pilates program to help you meet your goals.

This option is right for you if you KNOW you want to practice Pilates in-person, and you need some expert guidance on how to get on track towards your goals.

Intro to Reformer: 3 Classes in 2 Weeks

Breathe, move, and heal in an intimate community setting, in-person at Innerstellar.

Our Small Group Reformer Classes are limited to 8 people, so you’ll get tons of individual attention from your teacher PLUS the fun energy and motivation of a group class.

With this introductory offer, you’ll get access to any THREE Small Group Reformer Classes, to use within two weeks.

We’ll be happy to help you decide how to best continue to practice once the two weeks are up!

Intro to One-on-Ones: 3 Sessions in 2 Weeks

One-on-ones are an excellent choice for anyone working with chronic pain or an active injury, folks who are new to Pilates and want a personalized introduction, and those who appreciate the convenience and accountability of a personalized schedule.

In 1-on-1 sessions you'll change your strength, pain levels, and relationship to your body at lightning speed because each session is designed specifically for you!

Some students start with a handful of 1-on-1s before moving on to group classes, while others stick with them for years.
