Covid Protocols
The whole Innerstellar team has been hard at work preparing our space, training our staff, and getting new protocols into Place so that we can welcome students back to the studio while keeping our team, families and communities as safe as possible.
we appreciate your continued flexibility as we adapt and change these protocols and policies over time.
As of October 20th, 2022, wearing a mask is optional for in-person students and Innerstellar team members, and we will no longer be doing temperature checks at the front desk. Please continue to take a moment to check in at the front desk when you arrive, to make sure we sign you in to your class or session.
As of August 30th, 2021, students using in-person services are required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 (2 weeks out from their last shot). Email a photo of your vaccination card to info@innerstellaryoga.com or bring it in when you come in to the studio. We’ll make a note in your profile so you’ll only have to show us once. If you’re unable to be vaccinated for any reason, we invite you to use our online services.
We are keeping windows and doors open as much as possible, while balancing the need to keep the space warm in the winter and the air clean during fire season. We have also upgraded our HVAC system with top-of-the-line air scrubbers and are running commercial HEPA filters in every room.
As of June 15th, 2021, we are reintroducing props and hands-on assists for students who want them. Some teachers will choose not to use hands-on assists at this time, and teachers will only offer hands-on assists to students who opt in using our Consent Chips.
Please DO NOT come to the studio if you have a fever, cough, difficulty breathing, chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, recent loss of taste or smell, or if you or someone you live with was recently diagnosed with COVID-19.
Upon entry, you’ll be required to sanitize your hands.
Pilates Machine Classes will take place in the Mat Room and be limited to eight students and one teacher. One-on-One Appointments will take place in the Pilates Studio and a maximum of two appointments will take place in the room at the same time.
At this time there will be no tea service, no mat service, no retail, no lingering in the lobby, bathrooms or classroom spaces.
We have invested in non-porous easy-clean straps for the Reformers and will ask students to wipe down their equipment with sanitizing spray after use.
The front desk team will ensure that all frequently touched surfaces are sanitized regularly.
