What is an adaptive practice?
It’s a practice you can do NO MATTER WHAT.
When you have a knee injury or a back pain episode.
When you’re feeling anxious and depressed and having a hard time getting out of bed.
When you just had surgery.
When you just had a baby.
When you’re slammed with a sixty-hour workweek and a sick toddler.
This ISN’T about forcing yourself to do a prescribed routine, and berating yourself when you fall off.
This isn’t about making sure you get an hour of exercise every f*cking day of your life.
