What is an adaptive practice?

It’s a practice you can do NO MATTER WHAT.

  • When you have a knee injury or a back pain episode.

  • When you’re feeling anxious and depressed and having a hard time getting out of bed.

  • When you just had surgery.

  • When you just had a baby.

  •  When you’re slammed with a sixty-hour workweek and a sick toddler.

This ISN’T about forcing yourself to do a prescribed routine, and berating yourself when you fall off.

This isn’t about making sure you get an hour of exercise every f*cking day of your life.

And it isn’t about spending millions of dollars per year on bougie self-care practices!!!

IT’S ABOUT BEING CONSISTENT, EVEN WHEN “CONSISTENCY” LOOKS LIKE 5 DEEP BREATHS BEFORE YOU GET OUT BED IN THE MORNING.

It’s about agency, choice, and learning about how to become your OWN AUTHORITY on your health.
