  • You feel like you’ve tried EVERYTHING to manage your pain, and just want to get it under control so you can spend more of your time and energy on the things you actually love.

  • You don’t have hours on end to spend caring for your body, but you’re willing to invest a little bit of time each day in service to your own comfort, energy, and vitality.

  • You enjoy group learning, and love the idea of joining a compassionate and supportive group of folks who are all navigating their own journeys with pain.

  • You want a simple, time-efficient learning container that holds you accountable to doing the things you probably already know you want to do more of.

  • You’re willing to do some mindset/belief system work around chronic pain, healing and aging (don’t worry, we will teach you how to do this in a grounded, accessible way!).

  • You’re committed to changing your RELATIONSHIP with physical pain, as well as the pain itself.

 

But it really won’t be a good choice for you if:

  • You are unable (or unwilling) to change your relationship with time so you can make a priority of your body and mental & spiritual well-being. Because the truth is, capitalism is a b**ch and we understand that not everyone has the ability or privilege to care for their body in this way. And even if you DO, taking time out of your day to practice self-care is still a conscious choice and it might not be what you want to prioritize right now.

  • You are looking for a one-time fix or a magic pill type solution. Healing pain through movement and mindfulness requires you to keep showing up for yourself day in and day out -- but if you DO commit for the long term, it ACTUALLY WORKS.

  • You don’t like online learning or learning in a group, and can’t imagine spending even one more second on zoom (understandable and lol, but this container won’t be for you).
