We offer yoga and Pilates for every age, fitness level and stage of life to meet your goals, needs and energy.

In a lot of pain right now, or feeling deeply intimidated by group classes?

We suggest a one-on-one session (or even a handful of them). One-on-one sessions are BREAKTHROUGH territory. You'll benefit from a 100% customized Pilates or yoga practices with one of our warm and experienced instructors, tailored to meet your unique needs, challenges and goals.

In the mood to sweat and feel a challenge?

If you're more athletic or already have some yoga experience, try our 75- or 90-minute Forrest Yoga or Stellarflow classes. You'll sweat, and be challenged in ways you haven't before. Like, feel your butt muscles burning type of challenge. And you'll start to peel away the layers so you can access the voice of your body and intuition – which is also the voice of your Spirit. (Your Spirit and your butt muscles are actually interrelated, but that's another story for another day.)

Want to strengthen your core without overloading your joints?

Innerstellar's Pilates mat classes offer deep core strengthening through slow, intentional movement. You'll start to wake up sleepy muscles in your abs, back, and butt, and if you commit to practicing at least weekly, your core will start to feel strong, springy, and vibrantly alive!

Ready to relax and unwind?

Our Restorative Yoga classes are a sanctuary for dialing down your nervous system and letting your body rest deeply. Our expert teachers will help set you up in super-gentle reclining poses with all the props you need to feel completely supported. You’ll rest in each pose for 10-20 minutes before moving to the next one. You’ll get home ready for the best sleep you’ve had in years.

Looking for a strength-building, injury-friendly class with lots of attention from the teacher?

Pilates Machine Small Group Classes are an excellent choice for students working with injuries and chronic pain. They are taught on the Reformer, the Springboard, and the Wunda Chair, spring-based equipment designed to help you get your arms, legs, and core stronger while supporting your joints. Pilates Machine Classes are limited to 5 students, so you’ll benefit from more individual attention from your teacher.
